Reports from March 11, 2020, indicate that some members of the Facebook-led Libra Association have thrown their weight behind a rival project, the Celo Alliance for Prosperity. Bloomberg reports that the new project has the support of more than 50 members. Part of the membership consists of entities that are affiliates of the Libra Association.
