XRP Price Prediction For Summer 2026: Can Ripple’s Coin Finally Break The Range?

XRP enters the summer 2026 setup trading near $1.45, with volume rising and traders watching whether the token can finally turn repeated breakout attempts into a sustained move.

The short-term chart is built around three levels. The first is $1.45, the zone Ali Martinez has framed as the immediate breakout trigger. The second is $1.65, where several XRP-focused traders see stronger confirmation. The third is $1.80 to $2, the area that would decide whether XRP is only bouncing inside a range or starting a real summer trend.

The current setup is more constructive than it was earlier in the year because XRP is no longer relying only on legal memories from the SEC case. Ripple’s ecosystem now has RLUSD activity, XRP Ledger settlement pilots, and broader market-structure policy in the background. That gives the coin a cleaner story around payments, tokenized assets and institutional settlement, even if price still needs spot volume to prove the breakout.

XRP’s immediate challenge is simple: it has to hold above the old resistance zone long enough for traders to stop treating every rally as another failed move. That is why $1.45 and $1.65 matter before any serious $2 or higher forecast.

What Analysts Are Saying About XRP

Ali Martinez recently wrote that a confirmed close above $1.45 could open the door to $1.80. That is the cleanest near-term technical map because it does not jump straight to the wildest upside number. It gives XRP a step-by-step path: reclaim $1.45, pressure $1.60 to $1.65, then test $1.80.

Ali’s longer-term XRP chart is far more aggressive. In a separate post, he pointed to a multi-year triangle with $0.90 as a potential bottom and $13 as a target for the next bull run. That target should be treated as a cycle-extension scenario, not a summer base case, but it explains why XRP bulls still treat the current range as compressed rather than dead.

XRP-focused analyst EGRAG Crypto has also placed attention on the $1.65 area, calling it a critical level to reclaim on the three-day timeframe. That fits the summer setup because XRP needs higher-timeframe confirmation before $2 becomes more than a psychological magnet.

Live market data still keeps the setup grounded. CoinGecko places XRP near $1.45 with market capitalization close to $90 billion and daily trading volume above $3.5 billion. That is enough liquidity for a clean move, but not enough by itself to guarantee follow-through if Bitcoin rolls over.

XRP Price Prediction For Summer 2026

The base case for summer 2026 is XRP trading between $1.65 and $2.20. That assumes $1.45 holds, $1.65 flips into support, and Bitcoin avoids a deeper break below $80,000. Under that scenario, XRP can reach $2 without needing a euphoric market. It only needs a steady rotation into large-cap altcoins and stronger volume on the breakout.

The bullish case is $2.75 to $3.20 by late summer. That requires a clean move through $2, stronger XRP Ledger and RLUSD headlines, and a more favorable policy backdrop from the CLARITY Act debate. Recent XRP coverage has already framed $2 as the next important battleground, while RLUSD’s growth gives the Ripple ecosystem a stronger stablecoin and settlement angle.

The downside case is $1.10 to $1.25 if XRP loses $1.40 and Bitcoin breaks lower. That would likely delay the summer breakout and send XRP back into a wider accumulation range, especially if traders stop trusting the $1.45 reclaim.

XRP’s best summer path is not a straight moonshot to $13. It is a cleaner ladder: hold $1.45, reclaim $1.65, test $1.80, then force a decisive move through $2. If that sequence plays out with real volume and stronger policy headlines, XRP can finish summer as one of the better-performing large-cap altcoins. If it fails at $1.65 again, the market will keep treating every rally as noise until the range finally breaks.

Blink Wallet Restores Services After Attacker Drains Custodial Accounts

Bitcoin payments app Blink Wallet restored services on September 19 after an attacker gained unauthorized access to a limited number of custodial accounts and withdrew funds, prompting the company to temporarily shut down its platform. Blink initially paused services while investigating the incident, saying the large majority of funds remained secure. Its non-custodial wallets were unaffected. The interruption came days after separate security warnings involving DCENT Wallet and Core Lightning, adding another wallet-related incident to a busy September for Bitcoin...

Crypto Funds Draw $1.3B for Sixth Straight Week as IBIT Leads Six-Week Run

Crypto investment funds attracted another $1.3 billion last week, extending their run of positive weekly flows to six consecutive weeks and lifting cumulative inflows across the period to roughly $6.8 billion. The latest intake followed approximately $3.3 billion in the previous week and pushed the four-week average to about $1.5 billion per week, its strongest level since November 2025. The sequence marks a sharp reversal from the heavy redemptions that pressured digital-asset products earlier this year. BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust...

Osmosis Pauses Alloyed BTC After Nomic Double-Spend Exploit

Osmosis has suspended deposits, withdrawals, minting and redemptions for Alloyed BTC after a vulnerability on Nomic allowed an attacker to double-spend nBTC and send unbacked vouchers into Osmosis. The Nomic security failure affected 39.84 nBTC held inside Alloyed BTC, representing roughly 36% of the asset’s backing. Osmosis and the Inter-Blockchain Communication protocol were not compromised, with the vulnerability isolated to Nomic’s custom forwarding mechanism. Emergency Upgrade Freezes 22.65 BTC Osmosis’ management subDAO halted Nomic and Alloyed BTC inflows and outflows...

Ledger Patches Ethereum Signing Flaw Before Researchers Disclose It

Ledger has patched a vulnerability in its Ethereum hardware-wallet app that could allow a malicious dApp to replace a transaction during the approval process while the device continued showing users the transaction they originally reviewed. Security firm TestMachine disclosed the signature-substitution flaw on August 21 after reproducing it on Ledger hardware. Ledger had already shipped Ethereum app version 1.22.2 on August 12, with its release history listing security fixes for the update. Malicious dApp Could Change the Transaction Before Signing...

Jesse Pollak Pushes Back On Coinbase ETH Selling Criticism, Points To 150K ETH Treasury

Base creator Jesse Pollak has pushed back against criticism that Coinbase is selling ETH while benefiting from Ethereum, pointing to the exchange’s roughly 150,000 ETH corporate position and years of investment across the network. Pollak argued that Coinbase has held about 150,000 ETH through multiple market cycles, while describing the company as the largest ETH holder outside dedicated digital asset treasury companies by a wide margin. Coinbase’s latest regulatory filing backs up the scale of that position. The company held...

Tornado Cash Phishing Frontend Drains 1,010 ETH From User

A crypto user lost 1,010 ETH after following an old Tornado Cash bookmark into a phishing frontend that captured the private withdrawal credentials needed to access the deposited funds. The victim deposited the ETH into legitimate Tornado Cash contracts, but the malicious interface obtained the private note generated during the process. The attacker then used those credentials to withdraw the assets within roughly 12 hours without compromising the underlying Tornado Cash smart contracts. Phishing Frontend Targeted Private Withdrawal Notes Tornado...

Ethereum New Address Growth Jumps 75% As Network Activity Accelerates

Ethereum’s network-growth metric has accelerated sharply in August, with new daily ETH addresses climbing from 121,210 on August 8 to 212,560 on August 16. The increase represents roughly 75.4% growth in eight days and adds another signal that activity is returning to the network. New-address creation measures the number of addresses appearing onchain for the first time rather than the number of unique people using Ethereum. A single user or automated system can control multiple addresses, so the metric is...

5 Best Crypto APIs for Trading Bots in 2026

A crypto trading bot is a chain of dependencies. It reads a position, prices it, decides, places an order, and confirms settlement. Every one of those steps is an API call, and a failure at any single step stops the strategy. The provider choice shapes what a bot can actually do more than the strategy logic does. The common mistake is searching for one API that covers everything. No such API exists in 2026. Market data providers do not route...

Best Prediction Markets Alternatives: Outpoll, Limitless, Myriad, Manifold

Polymarket and Kalshi helped turn prediction markets into a mainstream trading category, but neither platform fits every trader. Access varies by country, market selection can lean heavily toward certain topics, and the tools available for entering, managing, and automating positions differ sharply across platforms. The strongest alternatives are not identical copies. Some emerging prediction markets platforms focus on professional order controls, some concentrate on fast crypto and financial markets, and others use onchain infrastructure or play-money forecasting. Users unfamiliar with...

How to Get a Funded Crypto Trading Account in 2026 Step by Step

A funded crypto trading account gives a trader access to more notional capital after they prove they can follow a firm’s risk rules. The usual route starts with a paid crypto prop firm challenge that requires a profit target without breaching daily or overall loss limits. Passing is not only about making money. Drawdown control, minimum trading days and rule compliance determine whether the account survives. The evaluation fee can be lost, and crypto prop firms use different account models,...

How To Trade Tokenized Stock Perps: Leverage, Funding And Risks

Tokenized stock perps allow traders to take long or short exposure to companies, ETFs and equity indexes through crypto-native derivatives markets. Positions can use stablecoin collateral, remain open without an expiry date and continue trading when the main stock exchange is closed. The trader receives price exposure, not ownership of the referenced shares. The interface often looks identical to a crypto perpetual futures market. The risk does not.
